My February Goals

I started this year with one word.

Intentional.

I wanted to be sure that every day, every decision I made, it was all intentional. So that is my word for the year. And as part of that intentional, each month I will be setting myself goals. Because, let’s be honest, we all know we forget about our new year’s resolutions by the time we hit February or March. Especially in a pandemic where setting goals can start seeming pointless.

So here we go, my goals for February:

  • Blog daily – I stopped blogging last year when my dad’s terminal illness reached its peak. I need to get back to that.
  • Embrace the Twitter community by hitting 300 followers – I started that this year. I hit 201 followers as of today (31st January) meaning I’ve gained over 90 so far this month. And it’s been amazing seeing everyone’s journey.
  • Get to the end of my apprenticeship. This is my five day project. Ideally I would also get my interview done as well, but that relies on outside factors so while I won’t put that as my goal, I’m going to aim to complete what is in my control and that is my five day project. Which I will document in this blog.

So there we go. My three goals for February. Have you got any goals, for this month, quarter or year?

Like what you do, and then you will do your best.
